There is a 20% restocking fee (plus freight) for all cancelled orders that have not reached production. Orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled.
We do not sell Ogio apparel products outside of the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
We only sell decorated Ogio apparel, we do not sell blanks.
We recommend ordering 2-3 extra pieces to ensure the embroidery will sew well. If you don’t order extra pieces, you will receive a few pieces less, or else we are not responsible for how they will embroider.
