  • Apparel pricing changes weekly. Please check our current pricing before submitting your order.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee (plus freight) for all cancelled orders that have not reached production. Orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled.
  • We recommend ordering 2-3 extra pieces to ensure the embroidery will sew well. If you don’t order extra pieces, you will receive a few pieces less, or else we are not responsible for how they will embroider.

Set-Up Charge: 30.00 /v. up to 5,000 stitches. Add 6.00 /v. for every additional 1,000 stitches. 25.00 /v. on exact re-orders within the last 24 months
Additional Stitches: Add 0.60 /v. running charge (per piece/position) for every additional 1,000 stitches (after the first 5,000)
Additional Color: Add 0.80 /v. running charge for logos that exceed 8 colors to a maximum of 15 colors
Additional Position: Inquire. Price will be based on the stitch count and quantity.
Thread Colors: All standard Madeira thread colors. Add 1.00 /v. running charge for metallic gold & silver
Paper / Email Proofs: First proof at no charge. Any changes afterwards, add 10.00 /v.
