Acknowledgment
All orders are acknowledged via or e-mail within 1 business day of receipt. Please read carefully and con-tact factory immediately if corrections and/or changes are necessary. All changes must be confirmed in writing.
Paper Proofs
FREE. We do not charge for paper proofs. All orders are subject to proof approval prior to production, We will send them from our electronic approval application. Exact repeat orders are not proofed unless specifi-cally requested on PO.
Imprint Color Change
Please call factory for details and availability.
Artwork Instructions
We accept PDF, AI and EPS. Please specify the P0# in the subject line. For multiple color imprints, please provide PMS ii. We do not charge for PMS color matches.
Access Line will determine the most appropriate size and location for your imprint unless a specific size is indicated on your purchase order. if no imprint area is indicated, we reserve the right to decorate in the area most suitable for the artwork and method specified.
Acceptable Formats: Vector art (.eps, .ai, .pdf) created in Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, or Macromedia Freehand. High-resolution (300de or higher, .tiff, .jpg) raster art created in Adobe Photoshop. All text must be converted to outlines. If not possible, all fonts must be provided with art (True Type fonts pre-ferred).
Unacceptable Formats: Faxes, photocopies, photographs, slides, transparencies, negative stats or films that need to be reversed to positive, halftone art that needs to be resized, low resolution laser printed art-work of less than 600 dpi, letterhead, business cards, actual product or any other art that needs to be touched up, color separated or made 1 color will not be accepted. Text files from word processing docu-ments such as PowerPoint, Word Perfect or Window Metafiles also cannot be used.
Cancellations
All cancellations MUST be sent via fax or email and acknowledged by factory. A cancellation fee will be assessed only in the event work has been performed.
Combination Orders
When you select 2 or more different styles, you will be charged for only 1 setup.

We offer a full range of co-op programs. Please call us for details.
Pantone Color Matching
Pantone color matching is available to be imprinted on most items in the catalog. Please provide a PMS it with your purchase order. We cannot guarantee a 100% match. Also, please note that PMS color matches may fluctuate slightly on repeat orders.
Production Time
Unless otherwise specified by each item, most orders ship within 5-10 days from art approval. We offer 24, 48 & 72 hour RUSH service on some items. Please call factory with your in-hand date requirement.
Samples
There is no charge for samples or catalogs. Please e-mail or fax your requests to our Customer Service Department, We will try to ship sample same day but some items require up 72 hours to ship, we will Acknowledge your request and send tracking information by E-mail. Please provide a UPS or FedEx account ii. Sample requests received without a UPS or Fed Ex account it will ship via USPS at No Charge. To submit your requests. Please remember to provide the item number and color or a random color will be sent.
Returns
We strongly encourage customers to immediately inspect all shipments upon arrival. All defective items must be returned within 90 days of purchase. Prior to return, all merchandise requires specific return authorization from the factory in order to be eligible for credit. No credit or replacement merchandise will be issued for product unavailable for return to factory.
Pre-Production Sample
A pre-production sample request MUST be specified on the PO. After the paper proof is approved, the pre-production sample will be produced. Allow up to 3-5 days for sample production, unless otherwise notified. There is a $25 (V) pre-production fee.
Plastic Pen Set up Charges
All new orders are subject to a $40.00 N. set up charge. Exact repeat orders have 20.00 /v. setup charges.
Metal Pen Setup Charges
All new orders are subject to a $40.00(g) setup charge. Exact repeat orders have a $40.00 Iv. set up charge.
Additional Running Charges
Laser Engraving:
Additional locations laser engraving are subject to an additional setup fee of $40.00/V. per location and an $0.20 N. running charge per piece per location.
Oxidation Black:
Available on Satin Gold, Satin Chrome or Nickel Platinum pens for an additional running charge of $0.15/V.
Chrome Etch:
IhflAvailable on Brass pens for an additional running charge of $0.1 8(V).
(Meaning of oxidation black and chrome etch: When laser engraving on a metal, aluminum, or brass pen, the engraved or etched color may not be as sharp or contrasted as desired, depending on the color of the background. Filling in the laser engraved area with black ink or chrome etch will show the imprint in a more prominent way.)
Silkscreen:
Additional colors or locations are subject to an additional setup fee of $40.00(V) per color and/or location and an $0.20(v) running charge per piece per color and/or location.
Shipping
Our primary shipper is Fedex. However, if a different method of shipping is requested, please provide this information on the PO. Make sure to include the carrier and your account ii. Please note, there is a $3.00 (v) fee for 3rd party shipping.
Over/Under Runs
We ship exact quantities specified on the purchase order. For custom items and colors, please allow for a 5% over/under run.
Blank Goods
