• Broken box fee: Any items ordered outside the standard box count and/or color combination, will be charged a broken box fee of 40.00 /v. per case, per color.
Example: Customer orders 1 case (100 units) of bottles, however, the order is for 50 translucent red bottles and 50 translucent blue bottles. Total fees would be 80.00 /v. for two broken boxes.
• Exact quantity fee: All orders are subject to overruns or underruns of 5%, unless otherwise specified/requested. Orders with exact quantities will be billed 40.00 /v. per order and additional lead time will apply.
